Photo savings 30-Day Return Procedures:

You may return an item purchased from OUTDOOR SAVINGS for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date, see below some conditions and exclusions.

You may initiate a return or exchange at or by giving us a call 1(800) 606 7468.

Please pack your item properly by placing it back into the original manufacturer's packaging. Then, place it with your invoice into an outer shipping box. Please pack it properly so your item won't get damaged in transit.

Ship Your Item with Return Label

Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read these conditions before returning any item. If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.



Please allow 5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.


Once we receive and inspect your items, we will credit your account. Please allow 7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund to the original payment method used at time of purchase.Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Limited Liability

Outdoor Savings is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. We are also not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. We are responsible for the purchase price only. Also, claims for missing items and/or damaged items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of purchase.
